About the role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an RV Service Advisor. Our Service Advisors work efficiently to keep our service department organized, so our customers can enjoy their RV to the greatest extent possible. If you’ve worked in the industry before and are seeking a stable and rewarding work environment, this may be the opportunity for you!

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for

  • Checking in customers and writing their work orders for service.
  • Contacting customers to gain approval for completed estimates.
  • Communicating with the Service Manager and RV Service Technicians to ensure parts are ordered and queued for upcoming jobs.
  • Answering email/phone inquiries for RV service.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have worked in the RV industry in some capacity (Parts, Service, Sales, etc.)
  • Have a passion for camping and the outdoors.
  • Have mechanical or technical aptitude
  • Have basic phone and computer skills (Including Gmail, Google Docs, etc)
  • Be punctual.
  • Be open to new ideas and love a new challenge.
  • Be available 9:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays during camping season (May-October).
