Ordering

Ordering from us is easy! Simply add your products to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, and then click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right when you are ready to check out. 

Our store uses fraud detection systems to protect our customers. These systems will flag any orders that have an inaccurate billing/shipping address, invalid email address/phone number, or other invalid details. Occasionally, a few legitimate orders may be flagged by this system. If your order is flagged, our system will send you an email with instructions on how to submit verification and proceed with your order! If you have any questions, please contact us. 

All sales are final – no refunds. Eligible products can be exchanged or returned for in-store credit only. Returns and exchanges must occur within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, and items must be in original, unopened condition.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE: Used parts, special orders, electrical items, consumables (such as sealants, glues, tapes, coatings, etc.), and bulk products that have been cut from rolls such as trim, rubber seals, etc.)

If you require your order to be cancelled, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If we have already begun processing your order or your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. 

SHIPPING

We ship using all the popular shipping carriers – FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Loomis, etc.
