I have a Dometic CFX50W portable fridge/freezer purchased in 2019. Off season (winter), we use the cooler as an overflow freezer for the home powered by house current. Several weeks ago, the compressor was observed on full-time and the internal cabinet temp was -22*C and the display was showing -1*C. Normally the display would be -10*C with the same inside temp. With the help of several YouTube how-to-do-its, the problem was diagnosed as the thermistor. The part was ordered, received two days later via UPS and after an hour of labour (accessing the compressor area, some minor dissassembly and part replacement) was working as new.
Communication (both by phone and email, including using the online order system) was excellent.
