The Zamp branded Solar Ready sidewall port (SRRV) found on many new RV motorhomes, trailers, and camper vans are completely compatible with any Zamp portable solar panel. Not all SAE wired ports and portable briefcase solar panels have the same positive and negative connections. The polarity may be reversed when the solar panels connect with another brand of SAE quick connection extension cable or solar charge controller.
These simple SAE polarity reserving adapters are plug and play for very easy conversion. Rest easy as this SAE adaptor is certified compatible with 12V/24V DC solar systems. Do not use to make connections exceeding 30 Amps or 510 Watts of solar power.
