The Edmonton RV Protection Plans provide up to 5 years of coverage beyond the traditional manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, it also covers failure due to wear and tear, power surges, head and humidity damage, mechanical, and electrical failures. Edmonton RV Protection Plans can be purchased online at edmontonrv.com, or in store at Edmonton RV. When purchasing a product eligible for a plan, a member of our team will ask you if you would like to purchase the plan.
Claims can be easily submitted online using the CPS portal, or by calling the phone number listed in your welcome email.
This depends on the plan purchased. For appliance protection plans, your appliance will be repaired using a manufacturer recommended technician using OEM components. If a repair is not possible or not feasible, then your product will be replaced free of charge. If you have purchased a product replacement plan, your product will be replaced free of charge.
YES! Your coverage is fully transferable to a new owner. To do so, please log into the CPS portal or contact CPS.
