FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $150.00 OR MORE BEFORE TAX FOR CANADIAN DESTINATIONS WITHOUT EXTENDED SURCHARGES. SOME CONDITIONS MAY APPLY AND SOME LARGE ITEMS (SUCH AS WATER TANKS, FENDER SKIRTS, LARGER APPLIANCES, ETC.) ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING. 

SHIPPING ON EDMONTONRV.COM IS CALCULATED WITH/PROVIDED BY PUROLATOR, UPS, AND FEDEX. RATES ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY BY ADDING PRODUCTS TO YOUR CARD AND ENTERING YOUR ADDRESS. 

Welcome to Edmonton RV Store, the home of Edmonton RV Service on the web! We’re a family-owned business that has been providing quality RV repairs and parts since 1976. We strive to keep as many items as possible in stock and ship all orders as soon as possible from the time of receipt. Shipping quotes for all orders under $150 can be calculated by adding products to the shopping cart – no purchase required. City, Province, and Postal Code are required.

Returns

All sales are final – no refunds. Eligible products can be exchanged or returned for in-store credit only. Returns and exchanges must occur within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, and items must be in original, unopened condition.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE: Used parts, special orders, electrical items, consumables (such as sealants, glues, tapes, coatings, etc.), and bulk products that have been cut from rolls such as trim, rubber seals, etc.)

Order Cancellations

If you require your order to be cancelled, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If we have already begun processing your order or your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. 

Lost/Damaged Items

Items lost or damaged in transit to you must be reported to the shipping carrier as soon as possible. Some damages may not be covered without purchase of additional insurance – if you would like insurance placed on your shipment, please contact us prior to ordering. Edmonton RV Service is not able to assist with claims as a result of damage inflicted during shipping and does not provide any returns or reimbursements for uninsured shipments that are damaged. 

Refused/Returned Packages

If your order is refused at the time of delivery, or your item is retuned to us due to non-pickup from the post office or for any other reason, you may be subject to additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped.

Back Orders

If an item isn’t available in stock, you may have the option to place a back order. Not all items support this feature. If you place a back order, we will hold the order in our system and fulfill it as soon as we receive stock from our supplier. If you place a back order and the item is no longer available, or will be arriving significantly later than estimated, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Warranty Policy

Edmonton RV provides no warranties of any kind on any parts sold. You are responsible for seeking warranty from the part’s manufacturer, if such a warranty is provided

Emails & Communication

You agree that by making a purchase or entering your email address into the checkout on edmontonrv.com, we may contact you via email after your purchase for the purposes of gathering product reviews, sharing info about new products and services, and other related purposes. You may opt out from these emails at any time.
