Hehr Jalousie Window Wedge Weatherstrip (Per FT)

Description

This Wedge Weatherstrip was used as both the top and bottom seals on Series 1600 and Series 1626 Hehr Jalousie Windows in the 1950’s and 1960’s. The window series and part numbers can be found stamped into the outside bottom of the left, vertical, aluminum frame member of the window.

The Wedge Weatherstrip slips into the channels at both the top and bottom of the window.

Fitment Note

• Made of premium silicone rubber.
• UV-stable so will not shink or crack over time.
• Available by the foot.

Note: Two different top and bottom weatherstrip seals were used on Series 1600 windows, a Wedge Weatherstrip and a D-Weatherstrip. These two weatherstrips are not interchangeable. The Wedge Weatherstrip requires the larger channel opening. The D-Weatherstrip will fit into either channel but the Wedge Weatherstrip will only fit into the window with the larger channel opening.
